These terms apply to your use of the LatticeSocial website and our subscription services. By engaging us, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide done-for-you social media content and management on a monthly subscription. Deliverables (number of videos, posts and add-ons) depend on the plan you choose. Plans are billed monthly in advance.

Month-to-month, no lock-in

Subscriptions run month-to-month. You may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice; your plan continues until the end of the paid period.

Content & revisions

We produce content based on the plan and the brief agreed for each cycle. Each post includes one round of reasonable revisions; further changes may incur a small fee, communicated upfront.

Ownership

Photos and videos we create for you are yours to keep and use, once the relevant month is paid in full.

Results

We guarantee delivery of your agreed content on schedule. We cannot guarantee specific reach, follower or sales outcomes, as social platforms and audiences are outside our control.
